Be / Here is a queer-led mental health hub in Greater Manchester offering affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed therapy and community support for LGBTQIA+ individuals, grounded in lived experience and safe spaces.
Low rate: £50 per session.
Solidarity rate: £40 per session.
Standard rate: £60 per session.
What we offer
One-on-one Counselling & Psychotherapy
Online or face-to-face services delivered by professional therapists who have a lived-in understanding of queer identity.
Group Therapy Sessions & Counsellor-led Support Groups
Groups are navigated towards a journey of collective understanding and healing by a professional counsellor.
Workshops, Mental Health Events & Free Support Groups
Events promoting advocacy and understanding whilst also making help more financially accessible.
Art Therapy Anger Management Support
Talking may not always be the desired approach towards healing. Be/Here also encourages expression through various creative techniques for trans, non-binary, neurodivergent, QTIPOC individuals etc.
