Achieve Your Balance CIC
Balance, for us, epitomises so much of what is now needed in the world. We understand that each person?s own personal balance will be dependent upon their own nature, experiences and lifestyles. For this reason, we promote accessible and conscious movement that will build within each of our participants the confidence and ability to move more and achieve their own equilibrium between body and mind. We will particularly focus on bringing movement to elderly in community settings based on principles of Pilates with mindfulness and breathing at the core and helping ot tackle the issues around loneliness.
