Our Business Hub is funded by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA). GMCA require us to report anonymised aggregated data on user demographics (geographic and personal diversity monitoring data). We are also required to collect and report personal data (Names, Unique Tax Reference and National Insurance details) for users who access specialist support provided by Co-operatives UK. This is to evidence the range of people supported through this funding, and GMCA will share this data with the UK Government (Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government).

Co-operatives UK will analyse insights to improve the specialist support offer through Our Business Hub, and share reach and learning insights (excluding personal data) with local VCSE Infrastructure Bodies.
